Come together for a unique Earth Day celebration during SOLVE’s Oregon Spring Cleanup in the Central Eastside! Contribute to our community’s well-being by lending a hand in our litter cleanup efforts. Every piece of litter we pick up helps preserve the beauty of our environment and ensures a cleaner, healthier ecosystem for both wildlife and people alike.
Following the cleanup, continue the festivities with a free silent disco by Heartbeat Silent Disco! They’ll be providing wireless headphones with personal volume control and adjustable fit, allowing everyone to enjoy the music while respecting the natural surroundings.
The cleanup will be held from 10am to 12pm. The silent disco will start at 11am for those who finish early and will continue until 1pm, adding an extra layer of celebration to our cleanup efforts.

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: We will be meeting at Buckman Elementary, under the covered basketball courts. Look for SOLVE signs.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What’s Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.

Restrooms: No public restrooms are available

Parking: Street parking is available.

Transit: Trimet bus lines 15 and 70 are both nearby.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.

Participant Age Guidelines: Volunteers 17 and under must be accompanied by an authorized adult.

The Songwriter Soiree is a 12+ year running musical community which started in a Portland Living room, and now has reaches across the world. Our mission is to support songwriters of all skill levels and genres, create an inspiring and supportive community, and provide a safe space where individuals can express themselves through music and storytelling.

The Mystery Ship Masquerade Party 2023!!

We will be gathering on the 14th of October from 10:00p – 1:00am to mix, mingle, and do the dance of mystery as we watch the Portland Skyline roll by under the stars on the The Portland Spirit.

Enjoy DJs on 3 channels for over 3 hours while we float down the Willamette River. Food and Drink will be available at additional cost. This is THE MYSTERY SHIP so be sure to bring a mask and keep it sexy.

We will be boarding The Portland Spirit 10/14/23 for a 3 hour trip up and down the Willamette River with 3 Channels of music, 3 Floors, Cocktails & Food on a 3 hour tour…

Summer Recap: Dancing in the Park
